<VV> strange combustion chamber shape

Rafee is selling a pair of converted 110 hp heads that have an strange  
combustion chamber shape. Has anyone seen heads with a CC like this?They  look to 
be factory and not modified. Please ignore the 4 carb conversion...just  the 
combustion chamber .
 
Any comments or thoughts?
