Pretty sure it belongs to Garrie & Patrica Fox in Colorado Springs.  A member of Pikes Peak Corvair Club, Rocky Mountain CORSA & CORSA.  You can send him the picture to confirm.

Sounds like my crown conversion Corsa as it has the below mentioned attributes... mine has no fiberglass engine cover; all steel and carpet covered/insulated rear seat area which is perfectly flat..bench seat in front too.
