thank you guys for the help on the solenoid. i now have one on the way  .
by the way it is for my "postless " 64 coupe.......................how did  
that come about?
oh the fun in this hobby never ends.
i will report progress when i rebuild it...should be fun.
this all came about by changing a bad blower bearing instead of the motor  
(for now anyhow).
