<VV> Fan Warning

I have one of Warren's fan belt warning systems on my race car and it works
very well. It is simple to install and would work well on any street car.
The problem with the stock GEN FAN light is it's not bright, often burned
out and hard to see especially in bright sun light.
Of coures, on the race car I have a very bright large LED light to warn me.
It even shines through the "red mist" sometimes..
