Hi Phil,

Unfortunately the book answer is yes, according to the rules you go to  
IS (IS-5 is for FCs).  However, classification is up to the  
competitors (rule 6.12.1).  Further, if you have replaced it with a  
flat vinyl seat then no one will likely care, and if they do the worst  
thing that happens is you get moved to IS (rule 6.12.3).  Bear in mind  
that in any case, all you're running against are other FCs.
