<VV> CORSA finances and Dues

Hi Bruce,

I'll make two comments:

  - One of the conditions of VV is it's free - that's in the charter.
I personally think charging for this, given the overall size of the
budget, is a little unreasonable. CORSA regularly gets new members
from VV. The entire server costs each member $0.21 per year. Let's
see, that's the main site, all the chapter sites, all the lists (there
are a bunch), everything. BTW, FastVairs is a free Yahoo group, CORSA
pays zilch for it. And that's really the crux of it, if you charge
for VV, what's to stop someone else from setting up a free list
somewhere?

  - What would be great is the idea many have come up with to expand
the Members Only part of the CORSA site to include back issues,
additional content, etc. I think that would be worth paying for.
Searching the VV archives is one thing, but finding complete articles
is another. A fully indexed searchable site would be a gold mine.
Who will build it? I can set up accounts, point to references, and
configure software for it (I think we already have the pieces). It
doesn't need to be done tomorrow, but it needs to be done.
