i did a 140 PG motor in a 4 spd car years ago , and it was a real pleasure
to drive. had lots of great low end and went down the thruway at 70ish just
 fine.
i am now building one for my powerglide rampy , 140 pg crank , 9889 cam ,
110 heads , octane cut .020 piston/cylinders. 205R75 with 3:55
differential. if it feels up to it on some REAL hills nearby on rt 20 , i may swap to
a 3:27. dual exhaust , electronic ignition on all.
the A/C coupe is getting 020 forged pistons with no cut and a 9891 cam in
a correct 65 A/C block. heads are reworked 95hp. it will have dual exhaust
with a crossover.
i hope this gets me over with engines for a long time.
if i do not sell the greenbrier as is without a motor by next spring , i
will build one for it and drive it or sell it.
it is way to good to waste.
right now most of my stuff is "group red"? with a light at the end of the
tunnel (not including that OT10 cam!)
regards, tim colson
