<VV> EM dash leaks

Thanks to Bob and everyone for the leak repair info.  It looks like  
this will wait until spring, it's too cold now for any sort of paint  
or sealant to work well, but we'll look at it then.  At this point the  
car doesn't have carpet in it, so at least we don't have soggy carpet  
- or worse, rubber mats - rotting out the floors.
