Ken,

I don't want to speak for Jamie, but I feel certain that he feels the same
way as I do. We're both new board members and I, for one, would like to hear
your recommendations.

I'll give you the option of posting on VV, to the Board, or even to me
and/or Jamie privately, but I must warn that if you post to VV, there are
bound to be a lot of folks that are standing by with flame throwers in hand.
