My read on this: Diagnosis was voltage on one lead, no voltage on the other (at the socket). Bulb good, but doesn't light. This can only mean the socket and/or the solder tit on the bulb are bad. Harry Yarnell Perryman Garage and Orphanage hyarnell1 at earthlink.net
