I don't know if you really don't know the answer to this or not.

CORSA does not send invoices that I know of.

Chapter filing fees are easiest paid on-line when completing the  
Chapter Report. Harry has automated all this and put it on the net so  
it is very easy to do and saves lots of time over what it used to be  
done.

If you don't pay the chapter filing fee and complete the Chapter  
Report, you are no longer a chapter. Every year there is a list of  
chapters that haven't done this. The Chapter Filing Fee is not $50.
