As one who has greatly benefited from Bob's reviews, I can attest to the high quality of his work.  No matter how "good" you think your writing is, you need a second person's skilled review to offer a different insight to your efforts.  And Bob certainly has the skill and talent to provide this.

As the author  of several books, there are several problems and hurdles 
that I have encountered  that might also affect other writers and budding 
authors. The main problem being  that of  finding someone to proof  read and 
comment on my work. 
Sure it sounds  easy to find someone to do this, but you must motivate a 
person who has both the  time and talent to do so.  This  person, besides 
having the time and desire to read and comment must also have a  good command of 
the English language and its use; and must necessarily have an  extensive 
knowledge of the subject or subjects being discussed. All of this,  plus the 
ability to analyze the written words for logical progression and  obvious 
omissions. 
Where do you  find such a person? 
While I don’t  proclaim to have any of these talents, I do have some 
experience in trying to do  the work of a proof reader and maybe could help anyone 
desiring this kind of  help and support. Of course, you the author, must be 
of such a mind set so as to  accept comments and criticism if this were to 
take place. 
Like everyone,  I certainly make mistakes and am far from “being correct”
