Okay, the temporary fix is in place.  I'm not saying it is a great fix, just that it does seem necessary at the moment.  Our board now needs to get down to figuring out what to do before next year when they'll need another temporary fix, if no other measures are implemented.  It would seem to me like a program to reduce publication costs while increasing incentives to join CORSA (or maybe just publicizing them), while difficult, would seem appropriate.
