If you would like to use Amsoil synthetic motor oil, there are several
products that are suitable:

Type AMO 10W-40 Premium Protection CI-4/SL; P (Phosphorous) = 1265, Zinc =
1378

Type HDD 5W-30 Series 3000 Heavy Duty Diesel CI-4+/SL; P = 1266, Zinc = 1379

Type ACD 10W30/SAE30 Heavy Duty Diesel CI-4+/SL; Diesel P = 1266 Zinc = 1374

These are all motor oils primarily formulated for pre-2007 Diesel and older
gasoline engines. Personally, I use type ACD in all of our
Corvairs. Please contact me off list if you cannot find a local supplier
and/or would like help ordering.
