A big THANKS to Mike Cobb for his excellent work. I have a couple of
things to add. We had complete access to these cars, no ropes, no
hands off signs and over 2 hours of time to explore and admire these
extremely valuable examples of American automotive
history. Each car , YES EACH, is fully licensed in Georgia and EACH
is driven at least 50 miles a month on local roads around
Tucker, Georgia. This is indeed a hands on collection and we were all
warmly received and greeted by Mr. Chip Cofer, the owner of these
beauties and his Museum Curator, Cecil McCall whose knowledge and
presentations made us feel like one of the family.
You may also visit the Museum website at
http://thecofercollection.com/ . Finally, the Cofers have owned many
Corvairs and still have a special liking for our Marque. Chip had to
come out and see da Brier after the show.

Corvairly,
Chuck Armer
