<VV> Dues increase

I side with Richard Gebhardt in reference to having 2 levels of dues paying
members: one for the hardcopy of The Communiqué and one for the on-line
version of the Communiqué. I belong to a couple of other clubs that have
done just that and it saved both clubs money. I am saving money also by
using the on-line versions of both clubs monthly newsletters. Those clubs
are also losing more members each year than they take in due to deaths and
fewer new ,younger applications. CORSA is not alone in this situation.

My 2 cents worth for now.
