<VV> mandatory Corsa memberships for local chapter members

Generally speaking I agree, but we have several members who no longer  
own Corvairs, but do come to meetings to help out and mentor maybe a  
couple times a year.  They don't really want to be that involved  
anymore, and I'd hate to lose them.  Now, we could simply make them  
honorary members in light of their many years as members of both the  
Northern Virginia club - and CORSA and not charge them dues at all,  
but I'm not sure how we handle the CORSA side of it.  Thoughts?
