<VV> update on washer pump

I bought a replacement pump assembly from the local FLAPS and had 
exactly the same problems as Cliff - it was WAY too noisy and I couldn't 
see any way to change the spring, so it went back...  for now, I have an 
electric pump added that pumps through the original one..
