<VV> 67 Washer Pump Won't Shut Off

Pull the wire off the solenoid that goes to the switch on the dash. If 
the washer stops, the problem is in the wiring or switch.

Which wire? One of the two that point out at you when looking at the 
pump. The wires at the base of the motor go to the motor. And of those 
two, the one closer to the washer end where the hoses connect. Not the 
wire that also connects to the lower motor terminals.
