Smitty Says; Car and driver held a road comparison of the Prius and Insight. I guess just cause there was nothing else comparible they threw in a 1998 Metro. The Insight got 38 MPG on the city driving portion of the test. The Prius and the Metro got 42. It's amazing what millions of dollars worth technology and high priced machinery can do. CICBBRT
