psi... I know of no pressure regulator, and this one is a 140 engine with no  
secondaries...Which one should I get?"
 
For a carbureted vehicle, using no  pressure regulator downstream of the 
fuel pump, I'm fairly certain the lower  pressure pump (3-5 psi) would be the 
way to  go.
