Here is the secret VIN on my 65 racer. Located on the right side frame rail behind the suspension upright (when installed).

> VINs.----------------------------------------------Smitty Says;  Trust me Dave, they are there.  On the bottom of the left frame rail on FCs just in front of the boomrang bracket.  On all Earlies and some Lates it is on the outboard face of the left frame stub.  It is covered by the spring tower and the front axle must be removed to read it.  I have no varication of this but I have heard on some Lates it is on the outboard face of the right frame stub and is covered by the spring tower of the front axle.
