<VV> 65 110 engine

This engine has sat for years.  I have changed the oil.  The engine is
running well.  It does not smoke.  The compression ranges from 140 to 152.
The problem is that it pushes oil back through the dip stick.  If you remove
the oil filler cap, you can detect blow by.  Any ideas will be appreciated
on what is causing this as the compression is strong on all cylinders and
there is no smoke.
 
Also, looking for a 140 engine within 500 miles of New Orleans.
