I own a 1963 Rampside and a copy of the 1963 FC Assembly 
Manual.  Whoops -- my truck has the first-design gear shift and the 
Assembly Manual only shows the second design.

Is there anyone out there with a 1961 or 1963 FC Assembly Manual who 
may be willing to scan the relevant page and send it to me?  Or fax 
it to me (908-735-2355)?
