Questionable Answer: I believe that 12 American volts = 12 Euro volts. Is
there an Radio Shack around there?

While the cigar-lighter charger will operate correctly to charge your cell
phone, don't try your "house" charger with their "house" current unless it's
spec'ed for both 110v and 220v and has their very different plug.  Also,
most cell phones are not compatible with their systems. You will want to
talk to your cell phone provider about whether or not your phone will work
there at all.
