<VV> to torque, or not to torque

Reckon the folks at Izusu have finally caught on ??

This has been done for years in the automotive industry.. 1st one I ran 
into was early Ford Escort 4 cylinder engines...

Bottom line...you CAN reuse the bolts and torque to normal specs for 
the BOLT...and they will last!

I believe this was done once "machines" started "torqing" bolts during 
assembly.??????

As always "common sense" prevails and saves $$$
