Rent a trailer. No plates and towing is just like driving it. A trailer is safer for the car too. Just be sure the tow vehicle is up to the task too.

Subject: <VV> Flat Towing

Later this week I'll be flat towing my Stinger to it's new home in NC. Does anyone know anywhere it's illegal in any state or highway? I'm planning on local NJ roads to PA Turnpike, west to Harrisburg and south on 81, through VA and 77 south to Mooresville. I know you can't flat tow on the Garden State Parkway, the NJ Turnpike is OK, specifically I'm worried about the PA Pike.... Car is a racer only, not registered, no plates. Suggestions, comments??    Thanks for the info!    Charlie
