<VV> Turn signal woes

There may be nothing wrong with the turn signal switch.  If the steering
wheel is not centered or sitting with the ribs as level as possible, the
canceling cam may be trying to cancel the switch while you want it to
connect.  I've noticed this myself as sometimes I have to hold the lever
in the left turn mode to keep it working.  If I turn the wheel a little
bit to the left it works fine.
