Craig---I think jerry was referring to the blue painted filter with the GM logo and part number on it.  At least that was the last incarnation of the PF-4. 

They were discontinued in 2004.   I bought up about 50 that local AC/Delco distributors had in their warehouses in NC/SC/TN/VA, while I was working parts at a Chevrolet Dealer.    I figure in the future some concours folks might want the blue one for a more stock appearance.
