So if the board is tired of having tiny responses to the yearly Board of  
Director voting, they could put the issue of 100% membership on the ballot.  
(This thought is probably a side effect of living in  
ballot-proposition-heavy California)  And if the majority of  Corsa votes for it, it would become 
the rule. (Wait a minute, when does  your membership run out, Hank?)  Of 
course, the cheaper way would be to  decide if there are more members who pay 
dues, than not pay dues, and decide  based on that. Not sure which way that 
would go. But if somebody already  pays dues, but would quit paying and drop 
their membership if dues are  required. That is just bizarrre. It is a 
theory that is worthy of Catch  22!
