  Bravo Tim !

  any system which operates and selects on "raise your hand", is indeed 
  what most high IQ folks call democratic ;-)

  I'm sure all who "voted" in this process are delighted to see someone 
  who's "never" abrasive and always cordial, take the VV thing in his hand :)
