<VV> No Compression on one side

How can this happen??? The car has no compress on the right side, but 
over 100
lbs per cylinder?on the left side of the engine (only checking the 
front and
back cylinders).? I took off the valve cover on the right side and 
there is no
movement of the valve train.?

  Flat Cam lobes... someone may have replaced the lifters on that side 
and didn't "breakin"  properly...

1500-2000 rpm for at least 15 minutes when 1st started..  FIRST TIME!!
