<VV> Online Communique

The site listed to view the Communiqué doesn't work for me.  Can anybody
else get into it?
Last month my Communiqué didn't arrive by the 15th of the month so I asked
Harry to mail one to me.
The April Communiqué arrived before the March one came from Harry.  
There is something wrong with somebody's postal service but it is hard to
pin the blame.
