That was known as the "Sport Wheel" option. The actual wheel is the same  
wheel as used on the telescoping column. If you do end up with just the 
wheel,  you can find a replacement adapter, horn button mount, horn button and  
canceling cam available, for the 65 or 66, even for the 64. You just have to  
ask.
