Jeff,

What sort of date codes are you finding on the Hankooks?  The freshest ones 
(two of five that I purchased last week) were manufactured the 36th week of 
'09 and two others (of same five) were from the 7th week of "09 (well over a 
year old).

We've sourced sets of the Hankook 13" whitewall tires three times this past 
month with no problems. However, the brand selection for 13"s has declined 
so much over the past few years it's pretty obvious they would soon 
disappear from the market. Seems like cheap blackwall 13" tires are still 
plentiful though.
