Don't know if this works, but the head would probably be easiest ground off with
a dremel type tool.

Subject: <VV> Brake drum seized onto shoes

Guys,
I am helping a friend with a car that hasn't moved in 20 years. We are assuming
the drums will be stuck onto the shoes.
I believe I saw a tip once about removing the heads from the brake hold down
pins to allow the drums to be pulled off. I don't recall whether the pins were
punched through, drilled out, or ground off. Anybody have any recommendations?
Thanks,
Andy K.
