Probably the gas formulation.  When I lived in Colorado and tracked my gas mileage really closely, the mileage went down every November when we switched to the winter blend gas and went right back up in April?? When we switched back.

Does colder temperatures give you worse or less gas mileage?  I have to drive my '63 84/pg year-round and have noticed my mileage drop from 21/22 on average to 17/18.  Comments?  Physics reasons?  Thanks
