Yes, it does.  My girlfriend and I were getting haircuts and when we got out of the barber shop, HER car wouldn't even activate the starter, so I called AAA, gave them MY info and a while later a tow truck showed up, pulled the car onto the flat bed and took it to her repair shop a few miles away where she got it fixed with a rebuilt starter.  No charge to me, but the guy did such a good careful job I gave him some beer money as a tip.
