<VV> Alternator wiring

The diagram posted by Dave Thompson only works for a later model self
excited alternator.  If you are putting an original alternator from a
Corvair on your car then you need a '65-69 voltage regulator to go with
it.
Also there is no need to run a wire all the way to the old regulator to
connect the #2 terminal to a hot wire.  You can use a 3" long jumper
wire right at the alternator.
