The '66 through '69 Corvairs specified a 7:00x13 bias tire which is the  
P185/80R radial.  Getting harder to find choices, but Firestone, Hankook  and 
a few others still offer it.  The tread width seems to be narrower now  
though.
 
I'm on my last sets of Pirellis and Bridgestones now so I will be in the  
same boat you are in soon.
