I have a 66 140. I have cleaned all the carbs and replaced the fuel tank. I balanced the carbs and sometimes the car seems to run great, but only for a short time and at idle. The right primary carb seems to be dribbling fuel at idle while watching down the venturi. I have had it apart several times and it looks good. The engine will accelerate but then stall out when the clutch is depressed, but immediately start again. It will also stall after I revved it up for a while and then attempt to drop to idle. It will not starve for gas while under acceleration. After it does this a few times it will smoke out the right side (blue) and continue to run erratically. Some times it smokes, but at other times it does not smoke at all. ( mostly out the right bank. The car sat for about 6 years before I got it. I can get it to idle perfectly, but when I try to drive it it acts up again. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should check.
