transmission  crossmember attached to the tranny. The shims between the 
transmission and  crossmember are part of the rear toe  alignment.

Also, you should remove the two lowest bellhousing to differential  housing 
bolts before dropping the power pack down. It makes  disengaging the motor 
so much easier.
