You probably don't want to know - but early Mustang 6-cylinders used the 4  
bolt on 4.5 inch pattern. (Not the Mustang II and later ones!) If you are 
out  looking commercially - the pattern is also listed as 4 on 114.3mm - Lots 
of cars  used it. Look at rear wheel drive cars only - The backspaces are 
close to the  Corvair. Be sure to use NON-metric lug nuts!
