Doesn't sound dissimilar to the adiabatic "Hot Vapor Cycle Engine", in 
principle -- if that don't ring any bells, try Google -- perhaps a bit 
more updated to these modern efi times,  otherwise it looks & sounds 
much the same in principle.

Lotsa folks thought it was Smoke & mirrors back in the eighties -- is it 
still?
