My first driver's test was in a 1936 Plymouth, I was 14 years old in rural Idaho in 1944. Absolutely a stick shift. 4 of my 5 kids learned to drive in a Corvair and I think some took their test in the 1962 Monza 4-speed. Frank Dotson </HTML>
