<VV> Power Disc brakes vs Disc Brakes

Looking to upgrade to 2 or 4 wheel disc brakes, but have seen power  
(those must be sweet) and Clarks kit for regular disc brakes. Knowing  
the installation details of running a vacuum line up to the front, is  
there a noticable difference in the two ? Advantages and dis  
advantages would be nice to hear. Will a proportional valve be  
necessary ?
