Tim, (Harry this is for you) there is an easier way. Convert it to a
64 engine and you get all the benefits of the long stroke 8409 crank
and don't have to machine the heads.  I'm doing this right now to my
62 102, since I took it apart and found every metal piece worn,
scratched, out of round or rusty (what to expect after 48 years?) .
Cam lobes, three or four, are over .020 shorter than they should be.
