I saw the same thing in Ventura a couple of years ago. A gentleman had a NOS dash mounted clock for an early. He sold it to a vendor for 150. The vendor had it on his table 5 minutes later for 300. This same vendor was in the swap meet RUNNING from space to space making purchases and then attempting to resell these items. It's called captolism people.
