I saw the same thing in Ventura a couple of years ago. A gentleman had a NOS dash mounted clock for an early. He sold it to a vendor for 150. The vendor had it on his table 5 minutes later for 300. This same vendor was in the swap meet RUNNING from space to space making purchases and then attempting to resell these items. It's called captolism people. Perfectly legal.Liza Monelli sang "money makes the world go around".
