<VV> MC adjustment

This is a common problem when folks replace the MC. I have encountered and 
fixed it more than a few times. I believe somewhere in the instructions it 
mentions readjusting the push rod length.
Of course some guys wouldn't be caught dead reading the instructions! GG!
