It was cast solid, no hole... just like the 61-64 FCs... only made for the alternator.

Those things are HARD to find... only one I've ever seen was on my 65 Greenbrier I had a few years back... the voltage regulator was in a strange place as well, but I don't quite remember where... wasn't in the typical spot... I think it was close to the battery, in that little "cubby hole"...
